FINAL DEADLINE FOR ORDERS IS JANUARY 31, 2013

Congratulations on your winning entry, and thank you for your supporting the PRSA Los Angeles Chapter. As a way to commemorate the special achievement, we invite you to order a trophy for each team member that worked on the project or for your client. This online form is a simple and easy way to order duplicate PRism trophies and Award of Excellence certificates.

Submit one online form for each different award requested. Duplicate orders will be processed in January 2013. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. For bulk trophy duplicate orders (5 or more), please contact Mindy Brundige at the PRSA-LA Office, mindy@prsala.org, 818.582.3233.
