For more than five years, Kristin has specialized in public affairs and public relations in the travel and tourism, government, consumer products and nonprofit industries. Prior to Disney, Kristin worked for Cook & Schmid, a public relations, marketing and advertising agency in San Diego where she served such clients as the County of San Bernardino, San Diego Rescue Mission and General Electric.
Kristin previously served PRSA-LA as the Young Professionals Liaison and Young Professionals board President.
Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Emphasis in Public Relations, from San Diego State University.

KRISTIN WOOD is Communication Specialist at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts encompassing Disney’s theme parks, hotels, cruise line and vacation-ownership and guided family vacation businesses around the globe. In this role, Kristin works with communication partners to develop communication plans, draft executive messaging and inform journalists and stakeholders about new Disney destinations, technology and entertainment offerings.
