HOLLY FERRIS is president of Ferris Communications, a public relations and marketing consulting firm that offers a full range of services including public relations planning and implementation, media relations, crisis communications, brand building, speech writing, project management, community relations, and special event planning and execution. Ferris Communication’s clients include the Lexus Division of Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc., LINC Housing Corporation, VantageILM Inc., WomenShelter of Long Beach, and the Los Angeles Business Travel Association.

Prior to launching her business, Holly spent nearly 12 years at Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., Inc., the sales and marketing corporate headquarters for Toyota, Lexus and Scion in the United States. While at TMS, Holly had the opportunity to launch some of the most successful vehicles on the market, introduce cutting-edge technologies, out-run potential corporate crises, and form relationships with key industry executives and media members.

Holly holds a master’s in business administration (MBA) from the University of California, Irvine, and a bachelor’s degree in journalism/public relations from California State University, Long Beach, where she is currently a member of the faculty. Holly is a member of both the Los Angeles and Orange County chapters of PRSA.
