Over his 15 years at PainePR, his work on major brand-building campaigns for clients like Taco Bell, Sony, P&G, Experian, Hilton Garden Inn and Blockbuster have been widely recognized as industry-leading. He helmed the team that launched XM Satellite Radio, serving as lead strategist for a campaign that was honored with the coveted "Best of Silver Anvil Award" in 2002. 

McCullough and the firm are nationally renowned for creating innovative brand-building PR strategies that include Buzz Marketing, Experiential Marketing, Social/New Media, as well as Social Marketing/Education, Sustainability and Diversity. McCullough holds a Master’s Degree in Communications Management from the Annenberg School for Communications at University of Southern California. He’s a cat-lover and a fan of many sports, including volleyball and figure skating.
