The Los Angeles chapter conducts an annual accreditation preparation class to help APR candidates prepare for the APR standardized test and readiness review. In 2010, the class was held on six consecutive Wednesday evenings, from September 1 through October 6, at a cost of approximately $30 per student. In order to particupate, applicants were required to submit their application and fee to the Universal Accreditation Board. A similarly-structured class will be conducted in the spring of 2011, if there is adequate interest among the membership.
